Birthday Snacks

Teachers record on the monthly class calendar the date of your child’s celebration.  Information on birthday snacks and parties will be discussed on Parent Night.

What snacks are appropriate?  We ask that you avoid bringing cake, cupcakes, and red drinks.  We suggest simple finger foods. (Fruit, cheese, cookies, Jell-O blocks, rice krispie treats, ice cream cups, etc.)  A child’s birthday celebration day is a wonderful day for mom and dad to visit school.  Please join us in celebration of your child’s special day. Contact your child’s teacher with any questions.

Scholastic Book Orders

As a service to our preschool families we will be sending out “Scholastic Book Club Orders” through out the school year. In turn, the preschool receives free books, CDs and teacher resources.

If you would like to place a book order, please do the following:

Donations

Although it is not expected, we do appreciate any donations to help offset the cost of supplies. Consumables that we use throughout the year include baby wipes, tissues, liquid soap, plates, cups, and napkins. Thanks for your help!

Parental Assistance

Sign up sheets will be available during parent’s night.  Please take this opportunity to sign up and get involved at St. Mark’s Preschool.

Party Parents—We are asking for parents to help make our holidays special. We would love for you to share a fun game, story, snack or song. These parties are planned and executed by the parents.
If you would like to help, please sign up. All are welcome, always!

Special Guests—Are you a fireman, a nurse, a juggler, an artist, have a skill, hobby, talent or interest you are willing to share with the kids?  Let us know.  We’d love to have you visit!
