Kitchen Check Out Survey

Thank you for helping keep the St. Mark’s kitchen in good working order! In order to maintain the kitchen properly, we ask that you please complete this form when you are finished using the Wesley Hall Kitchen for any event. If you have questions regarding the use of the kitchen, please contact the office prior to your event. If you complete this survey using the paper form, please bring the form to the church office. You may slip it under the door if the office is closed. When using the kitchen, please do not prop open the door to the dumpster. This will cause the pilot lights on the oven/stove to go out.
