Dr. Casey J. Hayes
Organist and Accompanist
Casey has is BA in Music Education and MM in Choral Conducting from Butler University and his Ph.D. in Music Education from New York University. Casey is currently a Professor and A.J. Thurston Endowed Chair of Music, Music Department Chair, and Director of Choral Activities at Franklin College.
Casey is married to Mr. Joseph R. Morris, husband, and our two dogs, Reggie and Franklin. His hobbies include Musical & Historical researcher of Weimar Germany and the Long Fin de siècle in Vienna, LGBTQI+ History and issues surrounding our current society, German Musical Beer Steins, and antique music boxes. His favorite ice cream flavor is vanilla (I know…boring, but I just LOVE the taste of good vanilla!).
