Please review the policies below when working with our St. Mark's youth.
All volunteers working with our children and youth are required to complete a background check.
Please allow at least 72 hours for your application to be processed. Download and return the Volunteer Application Form to the church office (address below) and email Jenny Rundle to request a background check. You may also call the church office at 317-846-4912 for more information.
If you would like to make a $20 donation to defer the cost of the background check, you may include a check with your completed form payable to St. Mark's UMC with "Background Check" on the memo line or click here to pay online.
Background checks must be renewed every three years. Email Jenny Rundle or call the church office 317-846-4912, if you need to check your renewal date.
